Each project brings with it a different set of site, planning and design constraints, our experience in the residential sector means we are able to identify constraints at the outset and design out any potential problems before works commence on site.

 

Our residential portfolio includes conversion and adaptation of listed buildings, sustainable homes, apartments and micro-flats as well as residential housing estates. We act as lead consultant for a number of National Housing Developers. We regularly work with local developers and modular home manufacturers.
